The recent decision by FIFA to handle the problems of discrimination in football is an effort in the right direction towards ending one of the most enduring problems in the football and in sports.

The central theme of the meeting is the 'new monitoring system' which was presented at the Wembley Stadium in London in the presence of 'FIFA’s Head of Sustainability Federico Addiechi' the article said.

The FIFA report mentions that the "Executive Director and member of the FIFA Task Force Piara Powar, former FIFA referee and member of the Task Force Howard Webb, Manchester City and Ivory Coast midfielder and consultant to the Task Force Yaya Toure and chair of The FA’s Inclusion Advisory Board and consultant to the Task Force Heather Rabbatts."

The effort was not useful in the past given the searching issues of sponsorship and the territorial integrity of the club owners who influence appointment at the apex level of the game of football.

If a country by country statistics is presented in number of discriminatory incidence and Club owners management and conduct, we may notice that Italy and perhaps Spain are among the chief culprit in Football discrimination.

For these traditional powers, a case of such example is disappointing for FIFA given the nature of traditional football powers such as Argentina, Brazil and defending Champions - Germany. England is not without hints of hooliganism some of it have hints of FIFA's disapproved behaviors. But such inclusion describes Italy and Spain differently, that attacks on these

The restriction to release the executive directors of FIFA from the grasp of Europe is an understanding that should be pursued with deciding actions, especially the bad incidents involving African players abroad with respect to Spain and Italy where all kinds of devises are used to intermediate the opponent.

The players should be advised against the range of expectations in any industries and in the game of football, especially when entire seasons are reduced to a single games.

The bases of the action is perhaps derived from 63 annual FIFA meeting which emphasized 2013 resolutions but the resolutions and the meetings has no substance if Sepp Blatt and the current heads of authority in office do not change the operational dynamics of FIFA or keep the door exclusive open to owners and sponsorship.

There is something wrong in having Bananas hauled at players during Festive football competition, especially in local derby and local matches where Championship is important.

First and foremost is the safety of the players who under constant vigilance for lapse in their official conduct and delivery rate in and off the fields. Other than that the issue revolves around the perimeter of general intimidation leading through and through a game.

Second if the problems of integrity of the game which suffers obvious intrusion of the home plate. The main is perhaps FIFA failures in democratizing FIFA for a start, some of the team owner's tolerate the extreme cases of badly behaved fans with loyalty stretching back to a century.

Badly behaved players do not meet the press in FIFA and Continental Competitions. FIFA is lying to itself about behavior of its players off of the fields, although the responsibility falls on teams and the nations, these are behaviors transferable especially the issue of drugs and doping.

But when the total amount of referees in a FIFA organized competition has an overweight of Europeans and some attention to South and North America with sparing from the rest of giant world, it leads without saying that the sin of , it usually leave a mark which is not visible.

Hardly any competition organized by FIFA feature for instance Nigerian Referees, does not mean they lack in all FIFA competition, although the responsibility rest on group arrangement, stadium distribution and use of official by FIFA conduct, there is hardly any difference to the game that poor showing and representation of officials will not achieve if FIFA is serious about transformation, especially when merits are important.

There is no end to the particular issues of administration of process and managerial function of FIFA when estimated from the side of those who decide the outcomes of FIFA selecting process. The rules will not change since the Cartel has product/history based indoctrination process, but Zurich with only a handful of Asians suggest that Africans and others should look to orchestrate sponsorship and lobby to the least possible extent.
